1963 Buick Riviera Superior Original Example Great Driver Long Term Ownershiip
This very nice example has been in the same family for over 40 years. It appears to be a completely original unrestored car. Owned by a fastidious local Jaguar collector, it was purchased for his wife to bring to shows when he brought his Jag. Always stored in a climate controlled environment, driven on Sunny Summer days only, and maintained in tip top running condition (you don't want your wife left by the side of the road) the car is really a time capsule.
The interior is in excellent condition with all components and gauges in working order. The seats are soft and supple, the headliner is excellent and the glass is without fault. The Carpets and trunk liner are excellent as well, and the brightwork and trim is in very good nick. The car runs and drives exceptionally well, sifting through the gears with ease, the steering is silky smooth and the brakes stop with authority. The paint and Chrome are in very good condition with the only flaws noted being the some minor spots on the hood starting to require attention (pictured as best I could). The engine bay and undercarriage could use painted and detailed but all components are correct and original, and exhibit the fact this is a driven car..
Finished in a classy color combination with the Brocade Cloth inserts in the Bucket Seats. this is just a stunning car from every angle. Its hard to find a car from this era that has always been well cared for and never needed to be restored- these are special cars that rarely come to market. Don't miss the opportunity to acquire this one.
